4:45-6:00 p.m. Yoga for Stress Relief

6:15-7:30 p.m.  Yoga for Stress Relief *new*

 

Wednesdays

9:30 a.m. Kripalu Yoga

4:30 p.m. Gentle Yoga

5:45 p.m. Prenatal Yoga

 

Thursdays

(3/5 –6:30 class will be Full Moon Flow)

4:00 p.m. Yin/Yang Practice

5:15 p.m. Kripalu Yoga

6:30 p.m. Slow Flow 

 

Fridays

9:30 a.m. Gentle Yoga
